Very very friendly staff! We stayed another hotel at PDC first (LA Tortuga) but staff was really problematic. And Later we came to La Bosque Caribe, Sun started to shine again!
Nice staff. Lady making breakfast was really gentil and made sure we were properly fed. Day receptionist facilitated our early check out
Excellent breakfast service provided the cook Ms. Betty and a very warm reception by the concierge Oscar.
The staff, particularly the manager were extremely friendly. We arrived early and they accommodated us extremely well including early room and breakfast for free. Exceptional hospitality and very kind and friendly people who introduced us to the mexican mushroom in omlette. Very much a backpacker and travellers hotel but safe and clean and a very warm welcome
I liked the place, it’s cozy. The rooms are small but comfortable. It’s clean and the common areas are great. People here are friendly and helpful.
Great staff!! Santiago went out of his way to help us find someone who would take care of us and help us plan our vacation with setting up great tours around the area. Will definately be back to stay with them again.
The breakfast was always great. Betty went out of her way to please our family. Her tacos were really a hit. Oscar is very funny and was real helpful. Rooms were always clean and beds were just right. Pool was small but nice and refreshing. Perfect location for everyplace that we wanted to go. Didn’t expect anything else, especially for the price. Would like to stay here again the next time we visit Playa Del Carmen. Recommend the hotel to anyone. Great location and the noise from the clubs was not an issue.
The breakfast was very good and more than one needs the staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. All rooms were non smoking.
Hotel looks very nice & romantic from the patio – as soon as you enter the room, your feelings will change.
