The location is amazing, it is next to the tramway station and all the main attractions. A very nice neighborhood and staff especially "Mirali", he was very helpful and they all speak English. The room was similar to the pics, the only problem is that it is right next to the road, so there might be some noises at night, as for cleanliness and facilities it was good compared to the value of money. Would definitely stay there again!
The place was clean and accommodations were enough. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and ready to answer and help.

Location was awesome. All old sultanahmet points on walking distance. Tram station is 10m away this is the best point.Not much to expect in bf specially veggy people. Happening place around on the road, near bu shops. Room was quite ok, yes you can hear tram sound in room not that much disturbing once ur used to it. Hotel lift can accommodate only 2-3 person at one time, small hotel with decant structure.
The room very beautiful clean decor very nice staff support excellent and communication very good I can visit again if I have a chance .

Excellent location near impt sites. Being on the light rail made it easy to find again after wandering the labyrinthian alleys. Staff did their very best to accomodate us and meet all our requests.
Positioned right between the Topkapi Palace and the ferry port. Easy access to anywhere. Surrounded by shops, restaurants. Tram literally passes by your door. The breakfast ( included) was more food than I usually eat in a whole day.
The room was good sized, clean and quite. The italian shower a treat and the little things : I arrived late but the room service was waiting for me before closing, in case of an order. The little bluetooth speaker and USB chargers available. Also the free sparkling and still water.
