Brilliant location. Literally 5 minutes walk from the promenade. Close to shops and restaurants, right opposite to the train station. I was VERY positively surprised how quiet it was in the room. Right in the city centre but there was no noise at all! The room was quite small but considering the price it wasn’t bad.
Accessible by public transport and the Palais; 5-10 minutes walk from Rue d’Antibes and eateries, as well as the Croisette beach. Friendly and helpful team of staff. Has an elevator. Room is neat and properly maintained. Traditional French breakfast served in a cosy cafeteria.

Very well insulated rooms, very clean, friendly service. The hotel is just opposite the station and in the midst of the city of Cannes. Parking house is expensive but only 2 min walk away. I would recommend the hotel to everybody who appreciates a centrally located accommodation, good value for the price.
The room very comfortabe. Air condition efficient and quiet. Excellent location ! Close to bars, restaurants, Festival Palace, beach, transport. Good size of rooms and bathrooms. Nice and helpful staff at the reception, speaking laguages, always willing to help. Wonderful people. Special award to the receptionist GALIA, who patiently helped us sort out our problems. In spite of localisation at the busy street, the double glazing protected against noise perfectly. The walls are, however, not very sound proofing, still the hotel reception react immediately to possible complaints and sort the problems with noisy guests approprietly. I and my wife very often visit Cannes and this is the best hotel we have stayed at so far. We cannot comment on the quality of breakfast, since we enjoyed sitting ouside the bar in front of the hotel and having typical French petit- dejeuner! We will definitely come back in the future.
Location of the hotel and all staff were extremely helpful
Apartment style room, which even had a small kitchenette. Great if you need a bit extra space than a hotel room. It was about 20mins walk to the main tourist area of Pest – but also quite close to the Parliament.
