Bed was comfy, facilities were fine (toilet right across from room), light and airy room with massive windows. Extremely good value for money, and S-Bahn is a 3 minute walk away.
Wi fi did not work at all. Staff unwilling to help. Lost my €20 deposit as I had to leave before reception opened.
Nice beds, hot showers. Bathrooms were nice and clean which is important since they’re shared. Location is ok – it’s not miles out of the city centre but it does require at least 2 trains to Alexanderplatz.
Thre receptionist tried to help us with questions, yet the first one wasn’t well informed, she didn’t know what hop on hop off bus is (for example), yet they tried to help. The location was perfect, close to train station, the bakery, supermarket and an Italian restaurant.
The room was clean. The location of the hotel is also not bad. There is also free WiFi but you have to ask for login credentials in the reception.
We liked the bakery downstairs with good coffee and breads.
Really nice staff, short walk from the S-Bahn, overall pretty clean and the street on which the hotel is located is pretty quiet. For the price, I think it’s a great value and perfect for a one night stay. There is free wifi though you have to get a special code at the desk that’s only good for one device at a time. 20 euro deposit required for room key so have cash on you.
The room was very clean and the hotel is near the bus station. The train is 300 m far from the hotel and the price was good good. I had a problem with my card but the staff took care of my problem. They accepted a bank payment! Very kind.
Nothing, a miserable experience in a miserable hotel
Sunny is a wonderful host. Very clean private room.
