空港鉄道線からの道順を聞いた所、丁寧に対応してもらえてとても助かりました。 ライブ終了後の遅い時間に到着でしたが 心良く対応して頂けました。
店員小姐非常的親切，也很照顧旅客，因為我們當時趕不上飛機，幫我們查了好多資訊幫忙聯絡旅行社，弄了一整個下午，在幫忙處理的過程中，也沒有露出一絲不耐煩或不願意，雖然最後還是沒有趕上，但我真的很謝謝她，下次來也一定會再選擇這裡。
본 게스트하우스가 아니라 홍대에 파라다이스텔에서 머물렀는데 수건이나 샴푸를 따로 준비해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 친구와 서울에서 하루정도 급하게 숙박을 했었어야 했는데 담당자님께서 매우 친절 하셨고 아주 청결했다. 내가 머물게된 숙소위치는 홍대입구역이 정말 바로 옆에 있어서 좋았고 방음도 잘되었다. It was really great place ever. Also that place is near by hongdae and room is clean, cozy, so much comfy!

The price-quality ratio is very good. The hotel is not central, but it’s very close to a metro station that is directly linked with central Budapest. The room was clean and modern. All in all I got what I paid for.
Not much yo dislike Will definitely choose this again. Staff are so friendly and breakfast was a delight. The best bed I’ve ever slept in.!! Felt very safe in this building. Was spotless clean , lovely and warm and the shower was great😊
Cleanliness was at the utmost standard, a beautiful hotel and helpful staff when ordering taxis as they told the driver where we wanted to go as neither my friend nor I speak any Chinese.
The Four Seasons team greeted me by name upon arrival and quickly learned my preferences at breakfast or in my room and adapted to them. They made me feel welcome and special with the tailored service. Christine set the bar high by meeting me at my car and taking me straight to my room with my keys, bypassing the check-in process. Four Seasons Shanghai represents the brand extremely well. I had an incredibly enjoyable experience and will choose the Four Seasons Pudong for my next visit!
Excellent apartment, the price and comfort ratio is very superior, very clean, very comfortable bathroom and with hot water, iron and wi-fi included. Will surely return
