Very large property that could be comfortable for about 4 people (we were a couple). Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was big and comfortable. Location is good on the east side of Hollywood Blvd just on the edge of Thai town, and a walk away from the walk of fame. Free Netflix!
The room was listed as $80 (Off season) but it what wasn’t listed on Booking was a $90 cleaning fee. We didn’t notice it until we were looking at the reservation later. The host is not very upfront about this. Other than that, the apartment is very nice and well decorated. Our car was safe in the parking garage under the apartment. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself.

Easy and nice communication with the staff. A good standard in general. There are groceries nearby. A very nice courtyard/terrace (to be shared with other guests) with tables and chairs where one can drink and talk at evenings or even nights. Walkable distance to the Walk of Fame

The host was extremely helpful and very kind. He did his best to accommodate our needs and was very attentive.
This place is awesome! The host was great! He met with me right away and when I received the keys he also gave me a tour of the apartment, information about check-in and check-out and the building facilities. The host even recommended a place to eat and shop for groceries. The apartment was clean, spacious and beautiful, everything was brand new. Large beds with clean beautiful bedding. The apartment was decorated and fully equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, bathroom toiletries, sheets and towels. There was also a balcony. The building is nice and in a great central location, not far from shopping, restaurants and Hollywood sites. The building is secured with covered parking and it has an elevator and a rooftop lounge. I will highly recommend this apartment and will definitely book this place again.
The location was in the center of town, which was nice; unfortunately, that’s all that was nice about this property!
