The staff were friendly and helpful and it was good that I could park right outside the hotel (this was only by chance though). The area was fine and a 10 minute walk to the metro station and then only 2 stops right to the centre of Athens.
The staff plus the service was excellent!! They treat you like family!!

The location was excellent as it was on a Tram Stop. The trams are free in the Central City & a good way to get around. The staff at bookin were extremely friendly & helpful

Staff were absolutely fantastic and were very accommodating. Hotel just looks a little tired and requires a lick of paint and some TLC. The rooms were clean but the cracks and cream (stained) bath just didn’t look great. The location is ideal with a short and cheap taxi drive into the centre. Have stayed in nicer accommodation for the same money but for what you pay its not too bad. Hopefully the management have a some love and attention planned in to the rooms and exterior. There is also a laundrette very close by which is 65p per KG so also ideal if you are away for more than a week.
Great sized room and comfy beds. Staff were very friendly. Good food in the pub downstairs.
Location of apartment is convenient, some minutes walk from Fondamente Nove vaporetto stop station and not far from the center of Venice, quiet place, near, in 50 meters, a good trattoria is located. Apartment is spacious, kitchen is well equipped. We didn’t hear any neighbours during our stay, it was silent.

In terms of location there is nothing better that primarily justifys the high cost. We were only there for the week and didn’t want to waste too much time travelling in from outside. We had a fabulous time if you can afford it go for it
