Simple, friendly check-in with good english spoken by all employees we encountered. Very comfortable room with nice view out on to the main street. Good, free wi-fi but only when signed up to marriott rewards, but was told this at front desk. Concierge was prompt and professional. Wide range of restaurants and cafes in-house, and other facilities available. Good location, not too far a walk from nearest subway station and very cheap to get around this way. 2 minute walk to city walls but further away from drum and bell tower and snack street (main sights).
Breakfast was very good. Large choice. Bed very comfortable and staff helpful.
Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They spoke good English and went out of their way to help us when we were in difficulties. The breakfast was excellent and the room service attentive.
Staff very helpful and most had pretty good English. Before our visit the concierge Jones had organised a car to pick us up. The buffet dinner was great value with wine included and the food was delicious. The maitre D Jeremy was great. They were all helpful in arranging a tour to the terracotta warriors and I’d recommend not doing that without a guide.
Special pillows, concierge service for arranging 2 way transport for dinner out of the hotel and good breakfast spread.
Couldn’t fault the hotels decor, and the location was ideal for subway and getting around. The bedroom / bathroom was lovely, no complaints at all had a very comfortable stay. The swimming pool and leisure facilities also very nice and welcoming.
Comfortable hotel. Location was convenient, the breakfast was good with a variety of dishes for vegetarians and. It vegetarians .

Hotel seems alright but the staff makes you feel unwelcome,they don’t listen or help or try to understand. It could be a nice hotel if they had decent staff
