Great location, good for meeting other travellers.
I loved everything about this hotel. I had read the good reviews, but was still blown away by the quality of it. Beautiful room,bathroom and balcony. Very spacious and extremely clean. Was great to have kettle with complementary tea and coffee. Good aircon. The staff and manager were extremely helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome.
We booked a suite. It was spacious with high ceilings. Very comfortable for a 7 night stay.
Hassan was very helpful and made me feel welcome in the city! The Riad is beautiful and the roof terrace was a lovely place to have breakfast as well. Would recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with a good command of English. They arranged a day trip to the Great Wall at short notice. The property is traditionally decorated, clean, and really comfortable.
Room was ok but small. Bathroom was updated but only for petite people.
Our room had no window, but since it is a really busy/loud area, we ended up being happy about it. Really quiet for the neighbourhood.
The staff was very friendly and we could easily park in front of the hotel. The hotel is realy value for money (in Batumi).
