Staff are really nice and accommodating. Martina is excellent! Hilton is blessed to have her! The staff spoke very good English. Overall, it’s the staffs that made my stay very comfortable.
Breakfast was great and hotel is very well situated, you have everything on walking distance.
Checked in at 2am in the morning…so tired. The staff on duty was quite rude and he could hardly speak English. He asked me the following questions: 1) They are having a promotion now and would I like to upgrade my room to a Suite. I asked him how much. He said an extra rmb300 a night. Surely this is hardly a promotion? I find his offer a bit deceptive. Luckily I asked him the price but normally the hotel upgrade for free. 2) I booked a non smoking room and yet he asked me if I wanted a non smoking room. I said this was what I booked and he told me if ever I smoke in the room they will charge me a penalty of 850rmb. Why would I smoke if I specifically asked for a non smoking room? Obviously I am a non smoker and abhor smoking. The tone of his voice was threatening… 3) He took a deposit from me of rmb12,000 eventhough the total room charge was about rmb7,000. I am a frequent traveller and in 5 star hotels. I find this amount to be excessive.
The location was great …awesome staff …language barrier was never a problem
Super friendly staff, great sleep confort, very clean. Breakfast with a good variety of western food and also Chinese. About 20% of the staff speaks some English, but on reception and major relations with the client they all speak reasonably well English. They were very correct with bills and Credit Card hold upon check-in and check-out. Be aware that most low budget Chinese Hotels are not so transparent as Hilton. You have a shopping mall walking just 50 meters and you can just cross and exit to Wangfujing street and old street market; there’s a metro station walking just 10min from Wangfujing street.
Perfect location, shopping malls & restaurants nearby, big and nice room, cleanliness, facilities, friendly good-english speaking staff.
Bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and polite also.

The help with booking tours was really good. The location of the hotel was very convenient for walking to the sights. It’s near a lovely park. Breakfast was OK.
