The owner is one of the kindest lady’s! Our bus wasn’t until 9pm and she let us stay in our room and use all the facilities free of charge. They also let us check in early too. Amazing facilities, with the property having a massive garden overlooking the lagoon and can swim in the pool. It’s a short walk into town with a supermarket and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. It also backs onto the sand dunes if you want to try sand boarding.
Special shout out to Mariana and Caio, possibly the nicest and most helpful staff we have come across in all of South America. They also speak excellent English. The property is lovely and very well maintained. We had a huge room that was spotless and had fantastic views over the lake and blackout shutters to make sleep ins easy. You are met for breakfast with a huge smile from the house keeper, its buffet style (with a cooked eggs option). There is a very relaxing living room with Netflix for lazy nights in. The pool and pool area looked inviting but we did not use this. It is a little walk into town to find restaurants but it’s a nice walk along the lake. Uber makes it easy to get around with inexpensive trips to the airport and local beaches. Would definitely stay here again!
Spent two delightful weeks in this superb guesthouse – would highly recommend. Peacefully situated with beautiful views and gardens, and an easy walk into Lagoa . Delicious, fresh breakfasts. Clean, stylish and well-run, with helpful and attentive staff – especial thanks to Caio and Jessica for the tea each day and for letting us use the shower room in the afternoon after checkout.

Lovely guest house around 10-15 mins walk from the centre of Lagoa da Conceicão. Rooms are large and the whole house very well presented. The swimming pool set within a large garden is a lovely place to relax. Staff are warm and friendly and fluent in English. I stayed here for 3 nights and would have extended my stay all week if there were any further vacancies.
It’s super tidy and clean. Comes with much care for details. Nearby bars and eateries and more… only 30m ride from Floripa center
