A very good location to visit Bund, Pudong and Yuyuan gardens etc – all in a walking distance. If you are looking for more bar/clubs area, you should rather go towards Jing’An and Tianzifang (the taxis are cheap though). Many authentic restaurants around together with some massage’s places. All in all, a rather decent place to stay over.
Well located Difficult to find better price in Shanghai Good Breakfast also for 18yuans!
Near mrt station and very easy to go to city downtown like the bund, nanjing roSad pedestrian street, yu garden, and many more!
It’s in center and very convenient to everything
Staff were really friendly and helpful even though they spoke little English. There is always a tea pot at the reception desk available to drink at any time. Similarly, a coffee machine. Also, the best thing about this hotel was it’s location. Everything is near you; shopping streets,restaurants, etc..
The location was great and the room was fine for a single person or a very intimate couple. It was very clean. Even though spoken English was limited, they tried and were helpful.
The staff did not speak any English and was also not trying to communicate with us in an other way. The room was oke, but nothing more than that. We had during our stay in China more often a toilet in the room divided by a glass wall, but this was the only hotel which did not have a screen or something to make sure you don’t have to see éverything from the person who you are sharing the room with. When this is not your partner it could become a awkward stay in this hotel. The location was perfect: near a metro, near people square and in walking distance (a longer walk) to the Bund.
Decent location, not far from the metro and other things. The staff were helpful and friendly enough.
The place was clean, simple and perfect for a few nights’ stay at Downtown Shanghai (if you just need a place to sleep and wash up). Location was impossible to beat, since the hotel is located between two metro stations (which carried different subway lines so there’s a lot of options to plan your trips around town) and there are a lot of restaurants and Western fast food chains nearby. The bed was comfortable and there was also cable TV with English channels.
