The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was always fresh and abundant. Choice of hot and cold drinks was excellent. Hot beverage facility in the room is always welcome. Cleanliness was impeccable.
The room was a bit small to fit all our luggage. The shower has a half wall so the water goes all over the floor. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold selections. The staff were helpful with giving directions to tram, restaurants and shopping. It was on the out skirts of city centre but the tram was right next to the property and only took about 15 minutes to get downtown.

Lovely spacious room, very quiet hotel. Very easy to get to the centre on the tram roughly 5 mins or a 25 minute walk. Good breakfast with a large choice to choose from, very polite staff. I arrived at 9am and my room was ready when I arrived and I was able to check in early.

More or less everything was good about this new hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was great….just a short tram ride to Central Station from the nearby stop. The soundproofing of the room was excellent.
Nice and clean hotel. Very easy to get by tram to downtown (every 5 min, 48h ticket 12,50 EUR which you can buy directly at hotel reception). For Amsterdam hotel pricing is ok. Please plan 25,- EUR extra for overnight parking. But much better than most of the hotels downtown.
Beds where very comfy with tv and coffe and in the shower room all soaps to use overall very happy
The staff is so friendly. It felt like home. They help you with everything and offer free shuttle service so you dont have to walk to the old centre. Rooms were nice and clean. Free water every day. Comfy beds. Breakfast was nice and always on time. Would really recommend this place if you’re going to Chiang Mai.
