Good hotel, handy to metro, park. V pleasant professional staff
We loved that this hotel has an incredible location, a view unique and a very warm personnel. The hotel is quite new and in top conditions.
Sorry we did not have breakfast in the hotel but some tapas in the rooftop very nice

I know Madrid very well and I always like to stay near La Puerta de Alcala. It was my 1st time at H10 and definitely I’d recommend it, location is great walking distance to the park and metro station, you can travel to the centre within 10 minutes or walk in with just over 20 minutes.
The bed was super comfy; the room was clean and loved the view from the rooftop bar. The staff were helpful in storing our luggage before checking in and ordering us a taxi to the airport in the wee hour. I liked the computer/printing self-service.
The hotel common areas and rooms are very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location was ideal as it is by Parque de El Retiro to the south and lovely restaurants and bars to the north and west, so we could walk to most of the places we wished to visit but the city centre was only a short taxi ride away. The little pool was refreshing (although popular and a little cloudy by the afternoon) and the rooftop area is both lively yet relaxing – and I believe only accessed by guests. The staff were always helpful, and even sourced a bottle of wine for us to purchase (despite room service having ended) when we arrived far too tired to go out, which we very much appreciated.
– The location was excellent, close to a metro but in a more residential area that wasn’t always teeming with tons of people. We like it a bit quieter and this location gave that to us. Also, it’s within steps of Retiro Park. – There was fresh orange juic
