Apartment style rooms with washing machine, small kitchen corner and toilet is separate from bathroom. Clean, comfortable and more spacious then the average Japanese hotel rooms. Everything seem new or recently upgraded.
Pros: The staff is very kind and serviceminded. We arrived at the Guesthouse three hours before check-in but were allowed to check-in at arrival. The Nishiki Market, Teramachi street and Manga Museum is within a walking distance.
The room was spacious (considering the average in Japan), equipped with washing machine, fridge, air conditioning/heating, wifi router (very useful since you can carry it with you around kyoto enabling you to always have internet connection), very comfortable beds and extremely clean. Concierge staff very helpful
The location was amazing all the good nightclubs were in walking distance! 😀

スタッフが親切で、チェックインの際は荷物を全て部屋まで運んでくれました。 新築といことで、部屋もとても綺麗でした。 ２４時間スタッフが滞在しているので安心して利用できました。 また機会があれば利用したいです。
近くに有名な観光名所がありまた交通機関も近く非常に旅行に適していた。 また、スタッフの対応がとても丁寧だった。
住公寓有家庭的感覺，也很有隱私不會被打擾，結束觀光景點回公寓也可聚一起吃飯聊天，感覺氣氛很好。交通部份有公車四條烏丸站，地下鐵四條站，京阪烏丸站挺方便，在全家旁巷子走進去約10分左右可到住宿公寓。
Definitely I will love to go back to Riad Thycas. Karima makes you feel at home as soon as u arrive. The Riad is very well situated in the center of the medina and close to a private parking if you have a car. Her staff is very nice and kind. Safe environment if you travel with kids or alone. The room we had was specious and clean. Roof top has a nice view of the medina . 7 minutes by foot from the Maison de la photographic, Ben Salah Mosque and Jaama El Fna plaza. Close to a great restaurant Color Safra if you like to try a nice tagine and tapas .
