Everything we needed for our stay was provided for including small items like cotton buds. It was really comfortable.
The house was amazing: lovely, clean with all the explanations about every single device you might want to use. It is exactly how the photos look like and it is located near the bus stop (nn. 202, 207 ) and two convenience stores. The Kyoto station is about 15 minutes by walking. The neighborhood is quite calm.
Very clean and very well-furnitured. Pretty decoration. Not far from Kyoto station, cause it’s about 10minutes’s walk there.
Everything was perfect! Very good location, just 10 minutes walking from kyoto station (kujo station doesn’t worth). The apartment is completely new, clean, cosy and comfortable. Modern style on the ground floor and tatami traditional rooms on the first floor. It was an amazing experience. We totally recomend it! (For future guests, once you enter the door code, you have to slide the other sheet… 😉 )

Siamo stati benissimo! La casa è bellissima e veramente pulita. Il bagno è enorme, ha una doccia e una vasca da bagno. La stanza con i futon è essenziale e bellissima. Volendo c’è un’altra stanza e si può dormire in 4 persone. Non abbiamo mai incontrato la proprietaria, abbiamo fatto il ceck-in e il ceck-out da soli. La casa è attrezzatissima, ha la macchina per il caffè (e abbiamo trovato anche il caffè dentro), un bollitore, il forno a microonde, la lavatrice (no asciugatrice), piatti, bicchieri, pentole, phon, ombrelli…insomma tutto. Abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia d’acqua in frigorifero! Anche la posizione è buona, ad una fermata di metro dalla stazione di Kyoto. Insomma, ci tornerei sicuramente!
Un très bon emplacement pour visiter Kyoto, arrêts de bus et station de métro à proximité de l’établissement. Maison traditionnelle rénovée et très bien équipée.
空间足够三个人，生活用品和厨房用品都齐全，门口就有几条交通线，超市也有，都在步行范围内，出行很方便，整体很好，会再次入住的。另外从京都站走过来也就15分钟左右，不算远。走走也就到了。
性价比很高，作为适合4-6人的小独栋，这个价位很棒，设施都很新，装修很不错，空间也挺宽裕，算是日本民宿里面积比较大的。最喜欢是洗手间，空间大，私密性高，洗浴间、洗手间和洗漱台可分别支持几人同时使用。厨房餐具齐全，自行烹煮也很方便。使用密码开门，入住和离开全程全自助
