There are many hotels in Sochi… but there is only this one, which is being managed by such a charming and hospitable owner: Svetlana. The premises are kept exceptionally clean. It is conveniently located within a pleasant, 15-minute walk to the Black Sea, a 3-minute walk to the grocery store and the bus stop around the corner. If you venture out a bit more in the opposite direction, you will come upon a vibrant enclave of small shops where you can watch “lavash” (type of local flat bread) being made. The property has a secure entrance gate, plentiful parking in the courtyard, grill, picnic area and a kitchen/dining facility downstairs where guests can prepare their own meals. На момент заселения не оказалось свободного номера,заказанной категории, предоставили номер улучшенный!!!
Уборка ежедневная в номере чисто, вода горячая и холодная в номере.Постель чистая и удобная, номер для двоих-две односпальные кровати.в номере шкаф и две тумбочки , но почему-то один стул.
Гостевой дом соответствует фотографиям. Есть кухня со всем необходимым. Хороший пляж в 15 минутах. Уборка в номере каждый день. Дружелюбный персонал. Соотношение цена/качество.
цена+качество=молодцы. Светлане,хозяйке гостинице – особое спасибо за акционное предлодение в конце сентября.
Все очень понравилось, приветливый и очень доброжелательный персонал, отличное поддержание чистоты, на протяжении всего отпуска чувствовали себя, как дома:)
Очень понравилось отношение персонала-встретили как дорогих гостей, во время пребывания в чужих городах это очень важно 🙂 Удобные кровати, всё чисто, сантехника исправна. Спасибо большое хозяевам, мы остались очень довольны! Рекомендуем всем)
