Charming host. Amazing extras ( like port/bikes/guitar). So helpful.
Very aptly located property. All main attractions were on the same tram line. Size of room was decent, as opposed to may other properties in Amsterdam. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms had locker and property had locker facility to temporarily store your luggage, though at a reasonable price.
Great location on the outskirts of old town, within walking distance to many nice cafes and the night markets. The family is incredibly sweet and helpful. We were able to check in very early, around 6 am, and were provided a very helpful map of the city. They have laundry onsite that you can use for much cheaper than taking it somewhere to be done. We stayed in the standard king room (queen bed) which was cozy but very comfortable. It has a large fridge, comfy bed, good ac and industrial bathroom. There are also terraces and both floors where you can sit outside. We actually stayed here on two occasions before and after heading up to Pai. The first stay the room really was immaculate, the second time the floor needed to be swept, but no concerns other than that. Also, they gave us a ride to the airport at 6 am for only 100 tbh. Overall, our stay was lovely and we would definitely come back.
Outstanding! Simply awesome. Kind and professional staff; everything was absolutely perfect, beyond my expectations. I have to admit this was my first ryokan.

The location of the hotel near berjaya times square is one of the best thing of the hotel.
Really big room and quiet for being Italy! Breakfast buffet was big and okay, the breakfast room was nice and we could have eaten outside. Jaccuzzi was a bonus! And location is great, 15 min from the station and 5 min from Duomo.
The location was central for the attractions of the Kurfustendam and beyond. Easy eaccess to pupblic transport. I didnt make use of the breakfast option.
Perfect location in the middle of Mira Flores district. 5 minute walk to an excellent market/grocery store for travel supplies and snacks. Easy walk to great restaurants. Quick Uber ride to many more. Very safe area.

Accommodation was spacious, very clean and the setting so peaceful. The reception was excellent. The manager spoke very good English. One of our motor bikes needed a new battery.
