Friendly energetic staff did their best to make our stay as easy as possible, thank you Touran… We’ve got an early check-in and a late check-out and this was nice, thanks for the man at reception, I forgot the name… Location was superb, the main metro station is steps away including airport line! Great value for money.
over all good staff, good location good breakfast. we would like to have rooms at the same level. the first 48 hours we could not change de room as a family we would like to have a large bed is stead of two single beds.
Nothing it was a disaster. this Hotel owner is a scammer. Be careful I was thrown away by the reviews those are fake…..
The location is close to all types of transportation (ferry, bus,metro) it also has a taxi station infront of the hotel. Restaurants around the hotel are open 24/7 . The male staff are all very pleasant and cooperative ( there was one female that wasn’t very nice) ….. I forgot my mobile phone and one of the staff kept it safe for me 👍
The location was excellent very close to Yenikapi Metro Station. While the staff at dining hall was excellent and very caring.
Location is convenient to mass transit outlets including quick access to Asian side. Breakfast room is large, selection good and staff tries to keep up. Bathroom is up-to-date, clean and attractive.
Location of hotel is great that is close to Undeground Station (5 minutes walking), bus station (also 5 minutes) and tramway station (10 minutes). It is 25-30 minutes walking to main attractions, i. e Old City with Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and other historical places. Lots of small restaurants around and money exchange offices which is very important for tourists. Exchange rates nearby are better than in other places (my observation) Breakfast in hotel is good with lots of variations that could satisfy most of guests. Reception reps were very friendly and helpful.
The stuff were very good they also were helpful alot and the hitel view to the sea was amazing and metro was just in front and made everything very easy
The hotel is a little hard to find, and the taxi driver from the airport new the area, but not the hotel. It’s on a sloping side road that runs parallel to the main road across from the metro station The staff and room were all find and really nice. Breakfast was good as well.
The apartment is located in the embassies area and it is very cosy, clean and tidy. It has basically all the utilities you may need. The bathroom has all the kits you need starting from the shaving gel with razor to the toothbrush with toothpaste. Finding the bathrobe and the shower with the atomizer system was a pleasant surprise. The cleaning ladies come everyday to clean like in hotel which is really nice. The beds are very comfortable. It would have been best if it were a queen or king size instead of two single beds.
