Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and 22 month old daughter and completely loved my stay here… it has great location along with great staff who are always looking to make your stay comfy and enjoyable…we reached there at 530am and they ensured our checkin while upgrading the room…..breakfast is great and reception also helps with planning the itinerary in city better…would recommend anyone visiting Istanbul for first time to stay here due to its location and great staff
The friendly staff was very helpful and made us feel at home from day one on – especially Salih at the reception was extremely welcoming and made us smile every day. The hotel has a ideal location to explore the historical sites in Sultanahmet.
Most of the sight seeing areas were in walking distance . Nice quite and clean hotel
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful, anytime during the day. Inside of the hotel has very pleasant atmosphere, is very nicely decorated, well equipped, including Turkish bath, fitness and so on. Breakfast was rich, in the form of buffet with lots of variants and possibilities. Room was very nice, with perfect bath and comfortable bed.
The hotel is great, well located, clean and with new and comfortable rooms. Saleh is very nice and helpful.
We had a great time at the hotel. The room was very modern, AC worked well, but most importantly the location is so quite while still in the middle of the old city! Walking distance to everything including tram to locations farther away such as taksim sq. There was a slight mix up in our booking but the hotel manager Murat Alabuga was extremely accommodating and helpful and upgraded us to the suite. In general the employees including other front desk staff were very hospitable, welcoming, and nice. The breakfast is also delicious, very filling, and they do to order omelets if you wish. We had a warm welcome by their front desk Mr. Salik. He is very friendly and helpful. He helped a lot when we were not clear how to go to Attraction spots. We were offered early check in since there is available room. Their breakfast was nice.
Everything about this place is wonderful, location, food, room, comfort and most importantly is the staff. You can go by walking to most important Istanbul’s historical place (blue mosque, ayasofia..etc).
We were there in May. This is the perfect hotel. The main feature of hotel was a very friendly staff. The breakfast was very diverse and very testy. The hotel has a hamam and sauna that at the end of day was very helpful. The hotel was very clean.
Loved the beds, staff was helpful, big room for good price. Location good.
