The location was great and the free breakfast was yummy! There is beautiful landscaping and the room was wonderful.
It is very central and close to everything. Great location and it’s not even noisy!
I enjoyed the staff, location, and the property itself. There were many beautiful antiques among the gardens. The rooms had great character, were very clean and it was quiet but really close to the action. Incredibly well-priced. A hidden gem close to Tha Pae Gate.

Gap’s house is in the old city of Chiang Mai, a side road of where the Sunday Street Market takes place. So it is a top location. Still it is a quiet place. The teak houses are located in a jungle garden. Breakfast is included (very simple: two eggs, two toasts, pineapple and a coffee). The top twin bed houses (550 Bt) are better than the bottom.
Garden and breakfast are well. All of staffs includes kitchen and housekeeper ladies. Plus friendly extremely chilled doggies around. Just walked 20m from main road and very quiet. Surrounds big temple and church.

In one word. Awesome. It was cosy and homely. Owner Suraphol and the family are very humble people who is ready to give you honest tips that will save money. Love the vast amount of greenary and the antiques that bring quite a character to the place. Will my only stop in Chaing Mai for ever.
Great location within walking distance of many sites and right next to a metro station. Front desk staff let us keep luggage in the lobby closet while we toured the city, even after we had checked out.
