Perfect hospitality and very good owner. Everything was good organized. Perfect conditions in the apartment. Good location. Quiet and close to the center

Очень удачное расположение апартаментов: до моря 5 минут (бесплатные и платные пляжи), рядом несколько супермаркетов (Lidl, Carrefour, Super U, Casino и др.), автобусная остановка, откуда можно доехать до аэропорта Ниццы, в Канны, Антиб, Сен-Поль-де-Ванс, Грасс. 2. Уютно и комфортно. Есть вся необходимая посуда, постельное белье, полотенца, кондиционер, большой холодильник, индукционная варочная панель и микроволновка. На балконе – сушилка для одежды, в ванной – водонагреватель. 3. Бесплатный Wi-Fi 4. Замечательный хозяин апартаментов, который встретил нас, посоветовал кафе и супермаркеты рядом, показал на карте, где расположены автобусные остановки в Канны и Монако. Спасибо большое Эмануэлю за гостеприимство!!! Надеемся, что мы ещё вернёмся!
Minden nagyon közel volt: Tenger, sétáló utcák, Negresco… A szállásadó sok információval szolgált, mindenben segített.
Vermieter Emanuel war sehr freundlich, hat uns pünktlich vor der Unterkunft empfangen und uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants gegeben. Als der WLAN-Router defekt war hat er innerhalb weniger Stunden für Ersatz gesorgt. Die Küche hat alles was man zur Zubereitung eines Essens benötigt, Supermärkte und Geschäfte um die Ecke, zum Strand sind es 200 Meter. Die Innenstadt von Nizza ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle, von wo aus auch der Bus zum Flughafen abfährt ist ebenfalls nur 200 Meter entfernt. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Für deutsche Urlauber ist es vielleicht interessant, dass Emanuel perfekt deutsch spricht.

Everything.We`re Flying back from Miami to Stockholm over Berlin where our baggage got lost. So we had to spent 5 days in a hotel waiting for Lufthansa to find out where was our lugguge. Since hotel was very good and working stuff very nice,kind and helpfull our enger about LH was not less but they made it easier. Thank you.
