Great location just off Main Road. Great breakfast buffet and nice big rooms.
I am very happy with their service. The trip was for the purpose of celebrating my wife’s birthday and they accommodated my requests in making the trip a little extra special i.e birthday decorations and advance reservations. All in all, a great stay and I would not mind booking a room at this hotel again. Special shout out to the awesome staff at four points!
Friendly staff, spacious and very clean room, very comfortable two double beds and great location! Just walking distance to Terminal 21, Asoke BTS Skytrain Station and Sukhumvit MRT Station. Will never run out of place to shop and eat around here. Ordered local Thai cuisine for room service once on a rainy day, and it was very delicious! Throughout the stay, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when we checked out from the hotel and was looking for a taxi to bring us to a friend’s home address which was quite far from the city, the staff was very careful to ensure the taxi driver was willing to take us there and took extra effort to explain to the taxi driver the direction and location of the intended destination. We will surely come back here again and would highly recommend it to others.
I like the area as it is in the heart of the city and I like sukhumvit area as all I need is there too for shopping, massage in health-land, salon, villa market in soi 11 for the food and things I need and such, so far so good and the Sheraton never fails Me, of course I like also the other Sheraton which they have a cigar lounge and that is way better, hopefully this one have, also make the gym bigger and new equipment’s I hope, Plus I like the hooters to drink and their food including the Irish pub too, I love it all. thanks.
Location and the rooftop bar were very nice as always. I love this hotel but last time I was almost robbed by a taxi driver when going from the hotel to the airport. This time it seems the hotel has made efforts to improve it: instead of suspicious looking taxis now multicolored taxis were always available in front of the hotel. On my departure day the hotel staff called a taxi for me to go to the airport. At first I was worried a bit but nothing wrong happened. The young driver was very nice and honest. I really appreciate this change. They even placed tooth brush as a free amenity in the room which was a positive change.
Well I’m being in the hospitality industry.i truly liked everthing. Staff was friendly and food was great accept the today special on the menu was forever there there was no change in that particular option as far as I consider today special to be different every day
The cleanliness, privacy and room service available 24 hrs
Friendly staffs – a hotel that truly lives up to its stars, bed was comfortable, room was clean. You can find almost everything in the room like a snack bar, bottles of water, hair dryer, complimentary wifi etc… The main reason we chose this hotel was its close proximity to Metro Suhkumvit Station, Asok BTS, Terminal 21 where shopping, restaurants and a big food court, Hooters is beside the driveway of hotel, massage parlours all around, and we also love the Argentinian Steak (El Gaucho) restaurant (next to Terminal 21) that serves very good quality food! Thumbs up!
All was quite o.k. Breakfast was nice. A few more fresh juices could be added. It is a proper and nice place to stay for a few days
We thought that the owner doing the airport transfers was a really special touch and his transporter meant we travelled in real style. The staff were all super friendly and happy to help with any request that we had. Thank you so much for having us we loved our stay!
