The place stand up to hilton standards. Pleasant, cossy, good breakfast and variety of food. Excellent choice if you have to fly next day.
The staff were great and accommodating. We were going to arrive after booking in time and they accommodated this There was secure parking albeit a couple of blocks away. Loved the views from the apartment of the city and harbour bridge. Walking distance good to public transport. Apartment was clean.
Customer service at the check-in was amazing. Both manager and staff made us feel welcomed right away.
We arrived at the hotel around 2am in the morning and the Reception staff were so welcoming and jovial considering we were totally shattered. The gentleman recognising our situation allowed us to check out at 2pm instead of 12 noon which we certainly needed. The view from the balcony was awesome so we had to take some posing picks. The bed was also comfy so slept soundly. Breakfast was faultless. Spent the rest of the day in and by the pool until we were able to meet our friend and transfer to her apartment.
Location is good, near to the main walking street. Quite value for money for a hotel although it didn’t really look like a 4 star hotel
Helpful and friendly staff, excellent location for sightseeing, transport and food. Everything was exactly as described on the booking page.
Amazing location could walk to most places 5 mins to the cathedral & METROPOL PARASOL WHICH IS A MUST VISIT TOO Comfy bed, like that it had a kitchen & big fridge
I only had dinner. So, could not comment on breakfast. But, dinner was good

The public spaces of the hotel were modern and clean. Overall cleanliness of the room was at good level. Breakfast was ok. The personnel were mostly very friendly. The location was great.
