Brand new, clean and functional. Exceptional quality for the price in Paris (full of dated and smelling holes for 150 EUR/night :-). The place is a bit away from main touristic attractions, which is great for me but may not be so great for the first time Paris visitors.

Nice indoor patio. Has a bar. Really central. Big private rooms
The staff were so kind when we arrived and let us check in early (bad planning on our part and a long flight). The administrator was very attentive and helpful as were all of the staff on the reception desk during our stay. We chose it because it was quite cheap so although it’s not fancy everything worked perfectly and it was comfortable and quiet. Really liked that it was close to plenty of good places to eat on Pedro de Valdivia and in walking distance of Costanera Centre.
Location is OK depending on where you want to be in Manila, not the most desirable area of the city, lots of night life happening in close proximity. Staff generally good. Sunday morning the restaurant was far to busy to accommodate its guests at breakfast and we had to wait a while to be seated and served. No early check in available.
The hosts are really nice and helpful. We overslept the breakfast every day, and when we woke up and wanted to have a coffee and pay for it, we got it for free. Everything is really clean and smells nice inside the room. Every room is dedicated to a certain part of Madrid and designed in this style. Cool idea! Ivan gave us few tips about the Mexican restaurants, there is a taco place, 5 mins away. The food is soooo good, although the waiting line can get long, it is worth waiting! The hotel is right at Sol square, walking distance to all cool places in Madrid.
Classic, vintage, 70’s, 80’s style, but very beautiful hotel. The location is superb. It feels like you are in the countryside but you are still in London! The area of Blackheath has the atmosphere of a lovely town. Great value for money.
Room huge, well refurnished and clean. Good location. Nice swimmingpool and gym. Good quality/price ratio. Suggested for a permanence in Bangkok.
