Great location right in the town centre with two minutes to the main street. Very private, hidden gem. Very friendly proprietors who were helpful and even made suggestions for activities. Large rooms and very clean. Fabio, the landlord spoke excellent English and was very approachable and even made coffee once when he came by to let us know about new tenants moving into the second apartment. He even offered them the apartment next door so we could use ours alone. Felt more like a real home than a vacation spot. Would definitely recommend this apartment as it is great value for money and a huge space.
There is nothing about the hotel to like it is discusting and dirty the service is horrible and every day all you hear are people complaining shouting and leaving the hotel unhappy.

We loved this special hotel! Every detail is just beautiful! Staff is so sweet and helpful, super clean and comfortable, lovely restaurant with delicious food. Also the location is perfect and convenient. We would definitely stay there again and can only recommend this little gem!

Excellent service with fine attention to detail. Staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Prior to our visit I did contact the hotel regarding the difficulty I have in climbing stairs , especially with luggage. Hotel management replied promptly to this ensuring we had lift access. I am very grateful to the hotel for this gesture. As our birthdays fell during our visit we unexpectedly received a lovely cake with a personal message, even though we had not mentioned this. We thought this a lovely gesture and is indicative of the attitude of the hotel and its staff to guests. Our room was comfortable, with a good view of the square . Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food. We also enjoyed the jazz evening with dinner in the Mozart cafe.

Probably one of the most affordable hotels in Ermita area since most hotels are quite expensive in this part of Manila. The room was clean, and the bathroom was quite spacious. I really like the soap and shampoo. There is a 7-11 attached to this hotel so it’s very easy to buy things from there. The staff were very helpful to us and very welcoming too. Security was tip-top and you need to use your room card use the elevator or it will not entertain you. Location-wise, this has always been my favorite location to stay in while in Manila. The hotel is located quite a distance away from the main roads so it’s not so noisy from the room. It’s very near to the seaside bay walk so you can always go there to take in the view. It’s a very nice walk when the weather is fine. Very easy to get a jeepney from this hotel too. Overall, I don’t mind staying there when I come to Manila again.
The bed and pillows were SO comfy! I think it might be the most comfortable ever for me! Many things were in English which made everything much easier. The TV was massive and great quality! The bathroom had lovely smelly soaps and lots of towels and robes!
Staff was nice and efficient. There was a mistake in my reservation and they solved it efficiently. Room was big enough with great airport view, good bed and good shower. Breakfast was so-so but againt staff at breakfast was nice. Check-out was very good and they borrow a cart to go the the airport international terminal, which can be easily reached by foot.
View was perfect. Breakfeat was very good, if like Russian Cuisine. Very many variation possible. Coffee was not the best, but can get no fish. Every day fresh vegetables and meat. Pool was clean and nice. Staff very friendly. Location was very near to bus station in direction Adler an Sochi. The hotel ist located near to the beach. It is no sand-beach, but it is even nice. I very enjoyed the free hot and cold water, for I very like coffee in the evening and cold drink in the morning.
