The location is fantastic!!! In the center, we were really just next to EVERYTHING!! The room is located in a cute typical house and had a terrasse. It was also quite large and brand new decoration. They helped us to find our way in the city, to print the ferry schedule etc. It s also near many nice restaurant so we did everything by foot from lunch/dinners to visits. Last point: user friendly for babies! They prepared a cute baby cot for our little girl! We couldn’t imagine anything better for the price!! Breakfast had a nice buffet with homemade cake and quite a few options. It was very calm!

From being meet at the lift through to walking out the door to the waiting taxi that reception arranged for us everything was of a very high and professional standard. I would very strongly recommend this accommodation.

The staff -mostly female- were delightful and helpful. Great rooms with balconies overlooking the attractive square and very convenient. The hotel contributed much to our very enjoyable visit to Madrid. I have stayed at this hotel before this trip and would definitely stay there again -hopefully, soon.
