Simple hotel, we were given everything we needed and it was very clean.
Large apartment which was perfect for our group. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful.
The employees did everything they could to make our stay great. The rooms were well laid out and plenty of sockets and unlike other hotels did not limit the third adult to 15 which is always a problem when travelling with my son.
Comfortable beds, large tv, iron and ironing board in room, tea and coffee facilities in room including a fresh water tap, ideal location for central london. I was not expecting all this for the low price I paid.
Bathroom was clean and very bright, had separate taps for drinking water and with their own soaps and shampoos
The staff that checked me in was so friendly and helpful with some more information(if am correct his name tag says LEO)
I enjoy comfortable and nicely looking rooms with all necessary accessories including caffe tea facilities
Bed room was clean tidy and good value for money, we had a family room and it was bigger than expected.
The accommodation was basic but clean and modern. We only used it as a base so it was fine for what we needed. It was all we needed.
Great location to downtown attractions & activities.
