Location fantastic. Airport Train ($17 one way) to Wynyard. Take Kent St exit. Hotel 100m south. Friendly welcome. Easy check in. Hotel has lift. Huge light airy room (we had #47). Double glazed windows. Air conditioning. Bedrooms are all off communal fully equipped kitchen (except no toaster for safety reasons), and dining, living area for that particular floor. FREE laundry and dryer use (need your own powder). Hair dryer. No noise problems from other visitors. Very easy access to showers/toilets. Rooms cleaned daily with new towels. Really pleased with the facilities overall.
I love them to behave us like family. Love kids and be nice to us. Close to everywhere if you know Delhi.
Location was perfect. Right in the Middle of where it’s at! 1 minute walk through the narrow alleyways and you are in jema el fnaa. If you follow the instructions on the website it’s easy to find. There are endless socialising spaces all across the roof tops. Its amazing. I had no issue making friends there. Also there’s a fantastic restaurant (makes better tagine than the restaurants on the street) the staff are so friendly. There’s a pool in the middle which is a hostel rarity. Best hostel I’ve ever been to. Il be back.

The hotel is in a nice location. Restaurants and shops were in a walking distance. What I mostly liked about the hotel was the staff, they were so polite and attentive to the guests. I do recommend this hotel especially for couples.
Interior design, really comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast
The staff was rude and they didn’t bother to check the booking but charged us more the doubled price. They gave us 2 adults 2 children three single beds. One of them three was folding worst bed on this earth. They don’t have a facility to earn a bottle of milk for a child which shows they are starving for money and want to con the people. The snacks they were offering was low quality and 800 times expensive. If I didn’t have a children with me I would never spend a minute with this environment. They have a bar and dancing floor and this hotel is not good for families as they were more brothel than a hotel. I am very disappointed with this visit and they said we don’t care where you booked. My sincere suggestion to booking .com is to stay away from these type of hotels. They are a stigma on your name but not able to do some good.

1) Locaion is a key plus, only 2 min walk to subway station. I had absolutely everything that I need from decent-sized supermarket downstairs the Henderson mall near the hotel. A lot of fast food eateries (KFC. MacD and some Chinese ones) 2) Stuff is friendly and helpful, I requested an early check-in in advance because of my early flight and was booked in at 8 AM. Thanks a lot for that! 3) Cozy bed, safe, iron+ironing facilities
The location was great, only 3 stops to the centre of town. We booked two apartments for 2 nights, as part of a hen party. The apartments were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a long girly weekend.
Clean and comfortable. Perfect location for exploring all of Old Town Chiang Mai. Very quiet for its central location. Friendly family overseeing the property.
Cleanliness was overall good and the location was quiet.
