I found the room very clean and the location was really good 10 min walk to the shopping centre and 30 to 40 min by taxi to the airport with out traffic.Good location in general in Bucharest.

The place was large, clean, and easy to get to. It is right near the train station and other metro stops that can get you anywhere you need to go. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and even gave us the opportunity to check out a few minutes late. It was a great stay with so much room!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was small but had a very nice selection of items. Parking right in front of the hotel. The restaurant was good and even served dinner at 10:00pm!
Providencia is an awesome place to be in Santiago. The building is in front of Manuel Montt station, pretty easy. The apartment is fantastic and the pool is unreal, the view is unbelievable. I highly recommend.
I enjoyed very much the location and the facilities near by the hotel.
Staff was very helpful, especially Mathias who speaks English. They followed up on every request we had immediately. Location is close to several grocery stores, restaurants, subway and bus stations. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed this home away from home. Had apartment on 6th floor facing the street with a small enclosed balcony off the kitchen with cloth drying rack. Launderette around the corner from the building was also very handy. Air condition was working well.
The public areas were extravagantly elegant. The breakfast was sumptuous, probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. And the staff was "par excellent". Oh, and the champagne and macaroons delivered to our room for our anniversary was a nice touch.

The room was perhaps a bit small, but it was spotless. And you cannot beat the location only meters away from the subway station. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

This hotel is just the best place to find friends from all over the world and to have a nice stay. You can relax, read books, have a good breakfast and even have fun with the staff who is always smiling and helping the most they can, and even play some music!
