Location is very good. Breakfast is good. The staff and the manager were very helpful. The rooms were just the right size, bed was comfortable.
The late check-in was accommodated smoothly and the reception staff was able to recap the policies of the hotel clearly in english they even lent me 2adaptor sockets without any deposits. The place is just 5-10min walk away from the busy streets of myeongdong. The bed and pillows are comfortable to lie down on. They have toiletries such as face and full body towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, body scrubber too and slippers. The breakfast is served neatly from 0800-1000h (buffet ham, cheese, bread- nutella , peanut , butter and strawberry jam is available, 2types of cereals, noodles, for the drinks- OJ, milk, coffee and tea). There is an area where you can use a PC and a lounge space to read, the WiFi in the room has strong signal and high speed. The staffs were polite and greets you with a smile and is ready to answer any query of yours.
It was very close to the Myeongdong shopping area. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. We plan to come back again next time.
I am not sure if her name is Sophie she’s the one who welcome us when we arrived. She’s very accommodating and approachable, she always smile every time she saw us. Not just sophie but other staff who greet and help us. Aside from that i didn’t expect they grant my request because they are fully book but when we arrived she told me they change our room without extra charge plus the beautiful view of our room. I hope they continue that kind of service.
Location: Next to Myeongdong street, very convenient for travellers, and close to myeongdong station. Design: The interior is modern and decent, because it is newly established so furnitures are new and clean. Staff: The staffs are nice and helpful. They speak English well

Room: my room is for 4 people, kinda small but neat! 😀 My nephew was gifted a ballon and a toy lol they even let him watch cartoon on Tv at their lobby. Lovely people.
Our room has a nice view to the street, the window can be opened for fresh air. Beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean too. It is near to the metro station. Staff are friendly and helpful!
