Great water park. Good food. Felt safe and secure.
Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend to others. A decent amount of variety of food (although was quite repetitive after 2 days) Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious (standard double suite) and has a private seating area for two, inside and another on the patio outside. If you want peace and quiet.. this isn’t the hotel for you as there are kids absolutely everywhere. If tranquillity is what you are looking for, try staying in a raid. I personally thought it had a great vibe and was lively and full of energy. The water Park is an added bonus. Lots of fun! It is open until about 6pm. The free shuttle bus is also very useful. It sometimes gets fully booked and so you are asked to book this 5 hours a head of time. Change your cash at the hotel: The rate at the hotel is much better than the one at the airport, so dont be in a rush to change your money at the airport.

The staff were really rude and unfriendly, hotel was tired, no hot water first 4 days.
A perfect place to stay with the family. Aqua park on the doorstep and a free shuttle into the centre daily. We stayed Oct/Nov time and the weather had been perfect, not too hot for little people.

Great Value for money, at these prices you can’t really expect 5 star. Hotel was clean and room was spacious and comfy. Kids liked the waterpark. Food was repetitive but readily available and lots of fresh cooked stuff. Free mini bus to town is a bonus. Free bottled water is a welcome addition to all inclusive
Everything was spot on really enjoyed our stay I come with my husband and 2 little boys ages 4 & 7 they really enjoyed themselves the entertainment was amazing the staff were really friendly so was the manager definitely will be visiting again 🙂

We stayed on the appartient of the 1st floor. It was spotlessly clean, the shower was really pleasantand the air-conditioning as well as the wifi worked flawlessly. Overall the flat is modern and bright -the pictures on booking.com are perfectly accurate. The location of the flat is just perfect, in a quite area but only minutes away from nice bars and restaurants and from the Arsenal district. San Marco is a 15 minutes walk.
