You can put a sofa in the bathroom, it is so big (waste of space). Room is simple and nice.
Easy Access to night market, cheap accommodation, super early check in, guy speaks great English!
It is located in a residential area and its a very quiet and peaceful area. The place was clean, provided us with clean towels and there is a fully equipped bar downstairs where you may get all your drinks and food too
The location is perfect to explore the city, staff really nice and helpful. Closer to the night market and lots of restaurants and shops. You can ask for services like cleaning, laundry, meals, drinks, tours, motorcycle on rent, etc. on the reception, they’ll always help you.

Dutch Guest House was my first stay in Chiang Mai, it is quite a walk to the old town but is near the Night Bazaar. The property is very clean but you can see that the building and the facilities are old. The owner Harry and his staff were very friendly and accommodating
We enjoyed our stay in this guest house and we would definitely recommend this guest house to our friends. The staff and the owner are really great. Due to our early flight the owner woke up earlier to ensure that we were able to check out and called us a very cheap taxi as well. Staff is very supportive and friendly.
