Exceptional service from the concierge! Lovely cookie on arrival. I stayed for a surprise birthday treat for my daughter’s 16th birthday and in the room they left a lovely chocolate cake and birthday card, was a thoughtful touch will de be visiting again.
The location is really good, but the big bus station near the hotel is in maintenance, so it’s not so convenient to take the tour bus. Anyway, thanks to the lady in reception for her cookies, it’s really delicious.

The location was only a few minutes walk from the underground and close to Coventry Garden. There were plenty of restaurants nrearby, too.
Breakfast was superb. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Staff were so helpful and friendly. Mix up with the afteroon tea but we were given complementary glasses of prosecco. Great location. Breakfast was included with our booking and was very enjoyable.
Great location, the front desk staffs are nice and friendly, giving customers some biscuits. A No charge for leaving luggage.
the view out the big windows. We also liked the fact that grandparents, kids all had enough space.
