It is previously student facility but all new, simple but surprisingly large space for venice. Huge room, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Elevator (which is rare for Venice). Great heater in the room.
The hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions in this amazing city. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff were very polite. Though the decor is not modern, the bathroom was large in size and produced very hot water.
Good location away from the tourist centre (Quiet) however within a short walking distance to it. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Could not ask for a better location. An easy 10 minute walk to the Rialto bridge in 1 direction and 10 minute walk to San Marco square in the other direction
It is easy to find and in walking distance of places of interest….the building and it’s history made it a special place to stay. I found the room clean and comfortable.
Location was great. There’s a square around the corner with 5 or 6 different restaurants. I went to three of them and they were all great. Also the ice cream shop there is worth a visit. I had a fabulous view over the water from my window
