We stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was excellent – very clean, very comfortable large double bed, beautifully soft bedding and towels. Shower area is huge, and plenty of hot water. Lovely smallish pool, around which the breakfast tables are arranged. Everyone at Dix Neuf were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is superb, especially their home-made juice drinks. We stayed in Umma room. The Riad is conveniently close to Bab Ksour entrance to the Medina, and only a very short walk to the souks. Wish we had had time to try their evening meals, but too busy pending my daughter’s wedding preparations. Would highly recommend this Riad. Look forward to visiting again in the near future.

The staff at the Riad are amazing and attentive, and happy to arrange anything you’d like. I booked a driver through them to go to the Jardins Majorelle, as well as a hammam experience. The Riad is stunningly chic and well designed. Beds are very comfortable, air conditioning works well, bathrooms are lovely. Breakfasts are delicious – fruit salad, yogurt, toast, pancakes (or similar), coffee and juice. Dinners can be arranged as well and are highly recommended. Location ideal.

This place is as good as it looks on the website and has a lovely , peaceful atmosphere. But the staff are the icing on the cake. They are impeccable, attentive when they need to be, friendly and full of great tips. They are in fact some of the nicest people We have come across in our travels. Dinners were to die for.
Everything about our stay was incredible, from the great location in the medina, beautiful riad common areas and poolside mint tea, the room and huge open bathroom and the super helpful staff. We loved it. Thanks again!
This is the place to stay in Marrakech!! The property is immaculate and spectacular – a true oasis in the medina, with a great splash pool to cool off in after a day of adventure. The room was spacious, immaculately decorated, clean and cool w/ A/C. The food here is superb – great breakfasts with fresh fruits, yogurts and smoothies, and dinners even better. The best part of all is the incredibly friendly and hospitable staff. Samir, Mohammed and Ptisson (sp?) welcomed us like family and provided a level of service that you find in a 5 star resort. Truly a magical place in a magical city – can’t recommend Dixneur LaKsour enough!
