Staff was amazing! The girl who welcomed us upon the very late check in was super friendly and helpful. We like the location as it was just opposite the bus stop with buses, that would take us to the centre of Rome and most of the iconic spots. All the staff was brilliant – helpful, kind, understanding and nice. They always welcomed us with great smile in the morning and wished good day after breakfast. Always fresh coffee and huge, unlimited breakfast in the mornings! We loved the restaurants nearby and ice cream place is just around the corner. Room was always clean and tidied after we came back from sightseeing. Again- best asset – staff!!
