The room was amazing, staff were excellent and extremely helpful. We booked a tour to the great wall through the hotel, it was above and beyond our expectations, the hotel coordinated with the guide to have our picture printed and framed in time for our arrival which was a wonderful surprise. We were given late checkout once they saw that our flight was late at night.
The pool is amazing the hotel is just a short walk or even shorted scooter ride away from the main road full of bars and restaurants. Perfect location
Right in town but as it on the 6th and 7th floor you’re above all hustle and bustle; the roof terrace.
Cavalieri Palace Luxury Apartments truly lives up to it’s name. The whole experience is luxury! The apartment is beautifully decorated, the manager Carlo a true gentleman who has expert knowledge on everything Florence and the rest of the staff are so helpful and friendly, it made our stay perfect. Cavalieri is close to everything, right in the midst of a shopping district and VERY close to the markets which was a bonus! But the actual apartment was so special it was great to "come home" to such a beautiful space. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable that getting a rest after a day of sightseeing was easy. There were also items to make a simple breakfast and bottled water replaced every day, fabulous bathroom toiletries (a reasonable size too) and even fresh flowers! Great restaurants (booked for us by Carlo) were a short walk away as were all the major sites. Cavalieri is a perfect base in Florence if you like your travel with some beautiful home comforts.
Very simple but very nice place with minimal service but all necessary exist and almost in city center. So generally, for 1-2-3 nights just for sleep-very nice. Thanks!
