Why use DBIR as an abbreviation?

During our review, you might sometimes see us refer to Daysleeper B&B in Rome (22 characters long, including blanks) as DBIR (4 characters long) for the following 3 reasons:

  1. We created the acronym by taking the first letter of every word (which was very groundbreaking, we know)
  2. We’re lazy and DBIR is simpler and easier for reviewing purposes
  3. We save 18 characters every time we do this

So, just a heads up that we’ll be using this abbreviation sometimes, so you’re not left scratching your head and wondering what the heck we’re talking about whenever we refer to DBIR throughout the remainder of this review.

Also, we’ll sometimes use DBIR38654 which is a combination of the abbreviation with the Travel Help Guru post id, which we sometimes use for THG tracking purposes to further differentiate abbreviations from one another.

Use Google to find the best Daysleeper B&B coupon promo codes and discounts

This is one of the most effective ways to get a DBIR discount, even though it can be a bit time consuming.

In a nutshell, you want to get on Google or a different search engine of your choice and do searches for things like:

  • Best Daysleeper B&B promotion code or available promotion codes
  • Most recent Daysleeper B&B voucher code
  • Popular Daysleeper B&B coupons

Sometimes, being more specific can help improve your search results, but you can also try keeping your search queries for DBIR simpler, like this:

That way you just get a Daysleeper B&B discount, promotion, or offer emailed directly to your email address once you’re on their mailing list.

Find good deals on other places to stay in Rome

But that’s optional.

And now, let the questions begin…

Is Daysleeper B&B in a good location in Rome for you?

Where you want to be located in Rome is one of the most important questions for you to answer.

Of course, it all depends on why you’ll be in Rome in the first place, and whether the location of DBIR will be helpful to you or not.

For example, are you traveling to Rome for business or pleasure? Visiting friends or family there? Simply want to soak up the sights and attractions?

It’s very simple: decide what you want to actually accomplish (what you want to see or do) in Rome. And then decide whether Daysleeper B&B’s location is a benefit for that or not.

Does Daysleeper B&B have a pool?

An indoor pool or outdoor pool (or even super swanky rooftop pool) might or might not be important to you, depending on how you’re planning to spend your time in Rome and who you’re traveling with.

For example, if you’re traveling by yourself on business, it might not be important at all, but if you’re traveling to Rome with friends, family, or children, and you think you’d enjoy relaxing by the pool at DBIR, it might be an important consideration whether there is an indoor or outdoor swimming pool, whether it’s heated or not and has a pool bar or not, and so on.

If a pool is very important for your stay, THG recommends that you do a specific search for the best deals on Rome hotels with pools.

Does Daysleeper B&B have a steam bath, sauna, hot tub, spa, or spa tub?

While you’re exploring the pool options at DBIR38654, you might as well check whether there’s a steam bath, sauna, hot tub, full service spa, or spa tub that you might be able to enjoy to make your stay even more relaxing.

If you don’t have a car when visiting Rome, investigate what kind of transportation DBIR provides to nearby sites, as well as the best way to get around, whether it’s by subway, train, taxi, bus, Uber, Lyft, etc, especially since a nearby subway station, train station, bus station, or taxi station in walking distance can make all the difference in the world.

Does Daysleeper B&B have enough beds for you?

If you’re staying at DBIR with multiple people, this answer is important, because a single twin bed, double bed, queen bed, or king bed is fine if you’re on your own, but if there are others you’d rather not share a bed with, it’s worth checking whether you’ll have a couple double beds or queen sized beds for the sleeping arrangements, or perhaps even a double sofa that you can pull out and make into an extra bed.

Does Daysleeper B&B have good food options?

Also, you might want to consider how much a hotel room is in Rome in general, depending on whether you’re staying at a 1 star, 2 star, 3 star, or a high-end 4 star hotel. You might also compare these prices to boutique hotels, since a boutique hotel can have a very different price range.

By doing this research, you can see how much of a difference in cost per night there is between cheap hotels that aren’t booked that much vs. popular hotels that are booked more often in Rome, and make a decision about whether you want to stay in a cheap hotel or a more expensive hotel.

Brief reviews (in English and other languages)

The owner is very friendly and helpful.. It’s close to the main train station, very clean, comfortable and "homie" room. And the mini bar is full of goods..Great value!

The best ever B&B I have stayed at! Francesco is so friendly, supportive and very helpful. Nice atmospehere, a fridge full of different food and drinks(for free), cute room and good location not far from railway station. Grazie mille!

Staff was really nice! The breakfast was self service from the fridge, we enjoyed different cookies 🙂

Personal service – owner advise us on transport, best places to eat etc. Fridge, toaster and kettle all provided. Mini bar and snacks replenished for free every day. Close to tourist attractions and public transport. Free fast wifi.

Owner is friendly and helpful. Close to train terminal and 5 mins walk to metro. Good restaurants nearby.

The Host Franchesco was brilliant. When we arrived he sat us down and talked us through all the best places to go and ways to get around while writing all this down on a map for us. The Breakfast was great too. The selection of croissants etc was excellent, and the fridge was stocked with meats, cheeses, Coke and even a beer for us to have anytime, and everything was topped up daily. Although the jacuzzi bath bubbles didn’t work, the bath itself was a very nice addition and great to use after a long day out in Rome. For the money you couldn’t ask for much better!

Francesco welcomed us and explained everything we needed – he is a very nice and hospitable person. The concept of a breakfast as a minibufet – great idea – you can eat when you want, what you ate is refilled every day. There is a coffee machine in every room – delicious lavazza. Every day room is cleaned and towels are changed. I recommend it with all my heart.

The owner is extramely nice and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located near by main train station and 10min walk to Colloseum. The overall atmosphere at the ppace makes you feel like at home but not in the hotel.

Good location near metro, the helpful staff, all day available food, cleanness.
