Rooms were cosy. Reception was fantastic. Receptionist helped us book a train from St Petersburg to Moscow as the website was in Russian. Location was fantastic, just off the Nevsky Prospect.
Central location short walk from Nevsky Prospect, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good internet, comfortable bed, very nice breakfast in Market Place.
Cosy rooms, very clean and nice, just few steps from Nevsky prospekt. All the main interesting places can be reached by walk. The hotel reception is able to book a very cheap airport transfer.
When we arrived in Saint Petersburg and walked to this hotel, at first sight, it was not like a really good place. But when we checked in, we found that the room was soooo wonderful: clean, suitable, friendly.
Excellent location, windows opened to the inner garden, and it was so silent that we could sleep windows open in hot summer nights. Also cold drinking water available free in the corridor was super nice and helpful. Safe place, staff friendly and breakfast ok. High price-quality ratio, so we do recommend warmly!
Room was comfortable, cozy and clean. Location of hotel is almost the center of the city and Nevsky (main street of the city) street, very close to railway station of Moscow (good for travelers coming from Moscow). Metro is three minutes far. Easy to find. Room has a balcony with street view. Hotel provides you three different options for breakfast in different restaurants which are maximum five minute away from your room. Hotel staff is very responsive, they answer all your questions fast.
Perfect location : quiet but in the center. Very kind and attentive staff. New clean interrier. WiFi.
