What did we like? Absolutely everything! Our experience could not have been nicer or easier. We found the apartment (fairly) easily (we were backpacking/walking from the train station…) and Vincent met us right on time. He took time to explain the surroundings, made recommendations (that even included a discount at one of his favorite restaurants!), and offered to help any time we needed it. The accommodations are absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, have an amazing view. We could not recommend Vince and the apartments any higher. Thanks, Vince!!!
Vincent was an axcellent, accommodating host who gave a great briefing on the property and the best sites and restaurants in Florence. The apartment was well appoiinted, clean, quiet and in a fabulous location.
Excellent location, near to main tourist attractions and many good restaurants. The host Vincent was very friendly and helpful, having anticipated all our needs.
The location was perfect, close to all major attractions. Vincent was pleasant to work with. He gave us a lot of information regarding the area and marked many things on a map for us. He responds quickly to messages. The apartment is very quiet due to soundproof windows. We didn’t hear any outside noise and were able to sleep well. The apartment is spacious and clean. I highly recommend staying here.
Location is great as the best sandwich in the world is just next door and for just EUR10! Vincent is also very very friendly and helpful even though we were 1 hour ahead of schedule and he still got to us asap while direct me to park the car in a separate garage. He also show us all the must-see and must-eat places on a map clearly marked.
It’s a lovely apartment in an awesome location, just few yards away from the Uffigi Museum. It was well appointed with a functional kitchen, washing machine etc. The highlight though was Vincent. He was at the apartment on time, took us through an excellent overview of Florence, sprinkled with insider recommendations, gave a patient walkthrough of the apartment and appliances. He is just excellent! Overall a charming option for your stay in Florence. Oh, noticed that there are comments on the noise from the sandwich shop below. Not to worry if you are keeping the windows closed?
The host, Vincent, was so helpful – met us at the apartment and booked our taxi to return to train station. Everything was explained to us clearly and we had contact details for any questions – but all went smoothly. The apartment was just so lovely – very well appointed and absolutely everything you could need, including a hairdryer! It would be hard to find somewhere more central to the sights. The Uffizi is just metres away, and the apartment is surrounded by plenty of great places to eat. We really felt like we were in the heart of things – thank you!
Easy to find and very organised. Vincent was really lovely and helpful with a map full of recommendations. Apartment had everything we needed and was in fantastic location.
Loved the mini kitchen, and laundry facilities. Being able to make snacks cut down on time and money, and also being able to wash clothes was a boost to a long way away from home.
