The staff was very helpful and friendly with advice about local sights and getting around Kyoto. The breakfast option was great and had a lot of nice Japanese breakfast options. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was closed to the Kyoto station, within walking distance (5 min.) The staff at the reception talked good English and was very polite and efficient (we asked to send our suitcase to Tokyo and it was done to our satisfaction.
They offered us some bath salts, toiletries. The staffs know sufficient English to communicate.
The location was nice and the room was OK. Very common/plain hotel. If you’re looking for hotel near the Kyoto station, this can be your choice.
