Chie was super friendly and helpful – met us on arrival with the keys and gave us lots of useful information on how to get to the house from KIX airport – Haruka train to Kyoto then subway for a few stops and a 10/15 minute walk. Chie gave us a bus map on arrival which was really useful, the buses follow a very logical system and you just pay when you get off (most were a flat rate of 230 yen, pay with cash or an ICOCA card or various other cards). The house was in a great location – incredibly quiet at night but with really easy access to everything in Kyoto – either using buses, subway, tram or walking. There was a single electric hob, small microwave, kettle and toaster in the kitchen. Chie had very kindly left a few bits in the fridge for us on arrival and gave our children some nice gifts at the end of our 4 night stay. Would definitely recommend.

Location is excellent! Very close to Duomo major shopping area. The property is clean and they do provide croissant, biscotti and coffee which we didnt expect.

The rooms are very nice. The location on the beach is great.

Changing rooms: To a spacious room, front side at the 6 th. Floor. Very good restaurant.
Beautiful traditional Balinese villa with wooden furnishing. Private rooms overlooking beautiful gardens with private pool. Fantastic food served at the restaurant or to your room. A shuttle service in to town and fantastic drivers to take you on private tours. Caring and attentive staff.
Excellent relaxed breakfast in sociable environment and a great location from which to explore Amsterdam.
Beds were comfortable, interior design very attractive, reception area especially. Good atmosphere, lighting and decoration. Staff at reception desk, with one exception, were very friendly and helpful.
The staff were very helpful and easygoing. They helped us book early morning cabs to the bus terminal and to the airport. The decor of the place is eclectic and cool, inside and old building with an interior balcony overlooking everything. Very nice place for a hostel!
The bathroom left nothing to be desired! Large shower, bathtub, automatic toilet… large SPIEGEL, lighting and equipment excellent! You could forget the view!
Very close to the city center, with lots of bars, shops and restaurants in the area. Access to metro close by, but we decided to walk a lot, nothing wad really far away.
