The owner is very accommodating (the replacement room) was very accommodating although she was a bit confused of the booking and it seems like she was not expecting us to arrived. But after a few hours she realised that our previous booking was passed to her.
It’s walking distance from SM MOA. Fast internet connection however no cable TV.

The property is located in a convenient location with malls, casinos, markets, etc so closeby and the facilities like the outdoor pool area was nice (apart from the constant loud planes you hear that disrupt your relaxing time). Guards, staff and reception were very friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness and comfort of the unit and a very welcoming host
The owner allowed us to check in early without extra charge. The location is walking distance to SM Mall of Asia. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
The pool… why do we have to pay extra for that…
my daughter loved the pool, all the Shell Residences staff was courteous and accommodating except our host.
I was a bit skeptical on the booking before arrival because I have never dealt with an all cash transaction during check in. But after speaking with the owner online and reading the reviews, I decided to move forward. We arrived a little bit early so we waited in the comfortable lobby for about a half hour. This gave us the opportunity to check out the amenities, which are great. The owner, is very friendly and personable. We actually got to know her a little more during our conversation during check-in and check-out. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable. The a/c was sufficient to the point we had to turn it down often because it would get quite cold. Towels, sheets, kitchenwares are all provided. There are two sofa beds for use if needed, which were surprisingly comfortable for our kids. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. And we look forward to coming back next year.
