It’s location to kings cross / st. Pancras station is great. 5 min walk to get on the tube or trains. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location can’t be beat, just a few hundred yards from St Pancreas and Kings Cross station and the Underground. There is McDonalds and a Burger King as well as restaurants right next to the station. The hotel is small, but very quiet. The room was small but had everything I needed..coffee pot, hair dryer, iron, TV, ac that worked, shower and a comfortable bed. It was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was simple but adequate to start the day: juice, coffee, cereals, pastries, toast, fruit and yogurt..no need to go hungry. The staff were friendly and did a good job. The drain in the bathroom sink malfunctioned, I reported it and when I came back to my room later that day it was fixed. I would return if ever in need of a good London hotel at an affordable price

Only booked on the morning we were staying. Excellent location very helpful staff. Breakfast was fine. Tiny room but only one night and got a good rate for central London so no complaints
The location is really prime as it very near St Pancrass station which is a major jumping off place for the rail links to Europe. We didn’t actually need this as our next stay was down in Dorset, but if you were going to Europe you can virtually wheel your luggage strait down the street to the train. Even though transport is so close it was very quite in the room.
Very good sized room slept 4 but just two of us. Nicely refurbished it seemed as fresh and had everything we needed. Small kitchen area and table and chairs to eat at. Super close to the Eurostar Stratton and near enough to also grab food there and take it back. Would stay again as very reasonably priced. If you need the station this is a very very good budget choice! The map in the breakfast room was hilarious and a nice touch!
The apartment was nice and clean. The area, very near Kings Cross Station, is a bit noisy with a lot of traffic. But the Residence is in a less noisy road.
