The hotel food is good I recommend it in price quality, outside the hotel the dishes cost the same but the presentation level and products are lower
The view from the window was nice and the wifi was ok. The room was cleaner than what I could imagine from the comments here.
Staff was very friendly. Rooftop place for breakfast is a nice touch. Location is perfect for night outs at Seminyak. Walking distance from almost all the cool places to visit!
After a long day, good, powerful hot water and a comfortable bed. 24 hour facilities is always a bonus.
After having had a very noisy room first, they gave us a much better one with a smile.
The Croissants , Pain au chocolat and Baquettes were fresh and flaky. Various yogurts, fruit, and applesauce included. Fresh meat and cheese slices too. Recomended restaurant around the corner was delicious as were the sightseeing options. 5-7 minute walk to metro line 6.
We only booked this hotel for use of the pool and it was out of service. Nothing was done to accommodate that issue other than offering another hotel at much higher rate. Secondly, I had to check the pricing as I realized that they were trying to charge me 8 euros more than what I booked on booking.com
The main reason for flying to Tokyo was to visit Disneyland and Disneysea. The location of this hotel was convenient given it was a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the Shiomi Train Station and then a couple train stops away from the Maihama Station (Disney Station). We stayed for 4 nights.
