The room was small, but comfortable and clean. Cleaning of the room was every day, even with changing bed linen. Breakfast is good with European and Japanese food. We also liked location – metro entrance is next door from the hotel, and 24 h supermarket is also near by.
The coffee was machine made and had little taste. The breakfast options were OK. The hotel staff spoke adequate English The staff was co-operative but did not go out of their way to make you feel special. For example, I asked if they could mail out an a prepaid envelope by post to return my Pocket WiFi rental. They simply gave me directions to the nearst postal box instead of just taking it and mailing themselves.
Its located near the metro so accessable but not convenient
Eventhough there were some communication issues, most of the staff was helpful and very polite. The room was nice, average size, good amenities. Checkout is a bit early (10am) but well. Breakfast is okay, got all the essentials. Location is excellent, literally less than 10 steps from a subway station. Slightly overpriced but I don’t know enough about other hotels in Tokyo…

Very friendly and helpful staff. Did everything to make us feel like their most important guests. Perfect location, you can walk from the hotel entrance to the metro/subway station entrance without getting wet on a rainy day (about 10 meters in between)
I travelled with my son 10 y.o. Room was small, but comfortable and clean and has everything what you need! It was first hotel in Japan in our trip and I was wondered that there is not wardrobe in the room, but it is ok for the hotels in Japan. Cleaning of the room was every day, even with changing bed linen. All personal is nice and helped us with all questions. Breakfast is good with European and Japanese food. Coffee and tea are free till 24.00, there is coffee machine in reception hall. We also liked location – metro entrance is next door from the hotel, and 24 h supermarket is also near. I think next trip to Japan we will stay here again!
