Location. Also, one staff member (Denis) was very helpful.
We stayed two nights before and one night upon our Halong Bay Tour in the Hanoi Space Hotel. The location ist very central in the busy Ma May street. One night there was some noise from a karaoke bar on the street, but I guess that belongs to Hanoi as well as the exzellent streetfood. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. We even received a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room with window to the garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged our airport shuttle and took care of our luggage during our absence. They have a small breakfast menu from which you can choose sandwiches, pancakes or some local food. You always get some fresh fruits before you order. We can only recommend the Hanoi Space Hotel.

about 1km away from the old downtown. For me it’s ok to walk 15 min to go shopping. Staff very nice. Breakfasts good. Room with enough space for 2 person.

The location is great 5 mins walk from the square, the staff were very helpful and the included breakfast was outstanding. This property is right in the middle of the Median and taxi’s can’t get into the square after 1pm. We called the hotel and they arranged for a person to meet our taxi with a wagon to take us to the Riad and haul our luggage.
I like it. I already wrotte about it. I was third time here and will come again.
The owner/operator was incredibly nice. She woke up early to make me a breakfast and when a taxi couldn’t be found (I left at 3 am) she drove me to the airport herself! Simply awesome!
