Pleasant staff, although only saw one girl at reception- they have a hospitality table, which is always an added bonus, and the location is wonderful for convent garden and west end. Very clean, I should rate the hotel ‘very good’, but that’s not an option.

The free coffees were fantastic, thought the value for money wasn’t great even though it was a lovely central hotel!
We were upgraded to a bigger room. Ir was fantastic!
The bed was a little too soft for me and the noise from the street slightly disturbing for my very light sleep but overall a very good experience for a great location, clean and functional.

Great welcome service, complimentary refreshments including fresh fruit and coffee, small bibliotheque in the room, complimentary yoga sets at disposal, free filtered water in all levels, small gym room well equipped, and very good location next to shopping and theaters.
Staying here was a very pleasant experience for us. The check-in was friendly and efficient and were were soon in our room which was a very good size for the two of us. The bed was large but that was because it was made of two single beds pushed together with the bedding made up to make one big bed. That was OK except to the gap you can feel down the centre – minor point though. As well as tea/coffee making facilities in our room, there was a tea/coffee machine near reception where could make coffee and also help yourself to little snacks, all free of charge. There were also free to use PC’s provided in reception which had an Internet connection and MS Office software and even an attached printer. Breakfast was an extra charge and relatively expensive but quite large.
The stuff was really friendly! I got a feeling that they were not very experienced, maybe the property is new. At least the interior supported that theory, everything was modern and shiny.
