The staff were wonderful. Everyone smiled constantly and struck up genuinely interested conversation. I was so amazed that a few members of staff came over to say good bye as I left. Fantastic welcoming and knowledgeable team…such an asset to the Crowne Plaza group. Breakfast was plentiful in choice, fresh and good quality.
Beautiful views facing west in all rooms , cabins are also very nice , 10 mins from lake Louise

Loved the design of the bed as it gives lots of privacy. Location near the subway and a shopping district with delicious street food, other attractions such as N Seoul Tower are also just a short walk away.
The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The location was far enough away from everything to be relaxing whilst only 10 mins in a taxi to the main square.

The room was freshly decorated and super cute. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was huge with a nice big shower. The team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We actually had a car so they met us at the parking lot about 5mins away and got our luggage for us so we didn’t have to struggle. Gave us a great overview of the city and even some restaurant ideas. Really appreciated all their help. Liked having a code instead of a key so didn’t have to worry about losing anything. They are in a great location and really easy to get around to everything. They are in more of the shopping district (at bit like the Bond Street area in London) but all the things you want to see are within a max 30min walk. Our room was really quiet and comfortable and the air-conditioning worked really well. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay and real value for money.
